Question

My Concordia Retirement in previous years issued 2 1009R forms Plan was taken over by Northern Trust. Northern Trust issues only one 1099R, combing the previous info.

What do I do? I received only my SSA 1099 and one 1099 for my employment at West Park Lutheran School. The amounts are correct.
