Question

My consolidated 1099 from a brokerage has $0 for all boxes on the 1099-B. Would I select "no" when asked if I got a 1099-B from them?

You should answer "no" if the form does not report any investment sales proceeds or income. In that case, you would not need to enter it on your tax return.
