My dad passed March 2017, my mom, executrix didn't file his final return, she passed 12/18, my dad was 72 retired self employed, can i file his final still or his busine

Yes, you can still file a final tax return for your Dad.  

 

You will need to purchase TurboTax for 2017.

 

Once you have the return completed you will need to print, sign, date and mail the return in according to the instructions that print out with the return.

 

If there is a refund due, please include form 1310 to indicate that you are the correct person to receive the refund.
