my husband is 100% disabled veteran but his 1099R shows zero

My husband is 100% disabled and receives a monthly pay but his 1099R shows zero.  Is that correct?

    Which box on the 1099-R has a 0?  Sometimes disability benefits aren't taxable. You can contact the financial institution that issued the 1099-R to make sure it's correct.
