My IRA info printed on line 5 but it belongs on line 4. How do I get it on line 4?

Go back and Edit or revisit the 1099R. There is a little IRA checkbox between boxes 7 & 8 you need to check. But if it's not checked on your 1099R then don't check it. It might be for something else not a IRA.
