My Ira is with oregon saves, I didn't take any money out but I think I filed my ira on my taxes. Did I do it wrong?

You should only enter information about an IRA account on your tax return if you took money out of the account during the year (distribution, Form 1099-R), or if you put money in to the account during the year (contribution). 

 

You would not report any earnings (such as interest or dividends) that were added to the IRA during the year.
