Question

My Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C line item shows $50,000 but should be zero. There are no entries to edit or delete. How do I fix this?

If you received a 1099C and reported it, this indicates a cancellation of debt.This is issued whenever a credit card or mortgage has been forgiven.You might review entries made in this section to see if there was anything entered in error. You may qualify for an exclusion of income if certain criteria is met.
