My only income was from social security but I made some donations that are tax deductible what do I to take care of them?

If Social Security is the only income you will be entering on a tax return, then there is no point in entering an itemized deduction for a charitable contribution.  There is no taxable income on your tax return for a deduction to have any tax benefit.  There is no need to file a tax return.
