My pension payments were called mandatory ira payments and they are not.

my rmd was subtracted from my ira and amount was added to my income.  Amount of my pensions was also treated as rmd-which had already been met

An IRA RMD is taxable income.

And a pension  RMD requirements are separate from an IRA RMD.  

If you get periodic pension payments then they are automatically the RMD so say yes - it was all a RMD.
