My return is stopped because the program wants an 9nput for box 16, but my copy of the 1099-R does not have a box 16. WHAT CAN i DO?

My return is stopped because the program wants an Input for box 16, but my copy of the 1099-R does not have a box 16. WHAT CAN i DO?

Do you have an amount in box 14?  Then enter the same amount as box 2a in box 16.  If box is o or empty then leave all boxes 14,15 & 16 Blank, no spaces.
