My return was accepted and sent to a random routing #. I spoke with the IRS, who told me they sent the funds to Turbotax, but I don't see an option to withdraw my return.

I do not recognize the account/routing number on my 1040. It says my return was deposited into my bank account, but that is absolutely not true. I am just wondering how I can get my return.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

 

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
