My sisters and I received equal portions of my deceased fathers IRA RMD. I'm entering the 1095-r how do I answer the question "Did I receive all the RMD?

I didn't all of the RMD because it was split 3 ways, but if I say no will I have to pay taxes and penalties on the full amount?
