Social security tax payments are not included in your federal tax refund.  Unless you had two or more employers and the total of all Social Security taxes withheld was greater than $10,453.20, then the excess Social Security taxes would be entered on your federal tax return, Form 1040, as a tax payment.

Are you saying your social security number is not listed on your Form 1040 tax return or are you saying your Social Security Benefits are not being taxed properly or something else?
