Question

My visa status changed from F-1 to H1-B starting october 30th. I should be paying social security and medicare for those two months but I haven’t. How should I pay those?

I would suggest you communicate with your employer to resolve the issues.  They might need to issue you a corrected 2019 W-2 thus you may need to amend your tax return later.
