Question

NY tax 1099-R box 14 blank but keep getting error and can't file

    If box 14 is blank, make sure boxes 14, 15, and 16 are blank on your Form 1099-R; delete any entries in those boxes.   If you are in the review, exit the review, and go back to the retirement income summary.   Search for 1099-R, then select your 1099-R from the list and choose Review to edit the fields.
