On 1099-R, Box 1 amount is $0.03. Turbo Tax will not let me continue. This is the correct amount. What do I need to do to complete the 1099-R?

3 cents will round down to 0 on your tax return.

You can safely disregard this form 1099-R. Do not enter it on your tax return. Just keep it in your tax records.
