On my form 1099 R ,I donot understand when I put info in boxes 12-14 and hit continue it keeps telling me to repair errors

If there is no dollar amount on yiur 1099-R in box 12 the leave ALL boxes 12-14 blank.

It depends. I recommend reviewing this area of input to confirm that the input corresponds with the description in TurboTax. It is possible that the order may be slightly different than the 1099-R being referenced. If there was no Payer's State No. on Form 1099-R, the program may be asking for it. It is a best practice to report the form exactly the way it was received. You may need to delete the form completely and re-import it or re-type it in.
