On my W-2, box 17 has 2 amounts. The bottom one is for FLI. Do I need to enter that somewhere?

Ignore that its in Box 17- some employers do that, and it can be confusing.
Use the Dropdown for NJ FLI in Box 14 when inputting your W2. Ignore the local wages stuff on the W2.
