On the page, "What Did you Do with the money from South Carolina Retirement System, the box "I did something else with it. Is that correct

That would be correct if you simply used the money for your living expenses, put it in a checking or savings account, or any other purpose.  

 

The only time you would answer that question differently would be if you rolled the money into another type of retirement account, such as a Traditional or Roth IRA, or another company 401k.
