On the State Tax return, it has my husband's early withdrawal on his retirement under GA income but that is not correct. it should be other State.

Go back into that 1099-R and change the state abbreviation (box 13 on the form) to the other state's abbreviation. Go through all the sections again to answer any other questions, and that should take care of it.
