Question

On the to-do-list in the review portion I am being asked about a 401 (k) that I did not withdraw from this year. There is no option to seclect non-applicaticable?

Do I have to do anything with this since it is just needing review?

No, you should select review, but your don't have to enter anything if you didn't have a distribution. This is just a way to remind you of what you had last year, so you don't leave something off your tax return.
