OPM Form CSA 1099R has "Nondisability" in block 7 but no distribution code matches?

    Nondisability is not a code that is entered in box 7 of the form 1099-R.  That is something that for some reason only OPM decides it needs to enter on the 1099-R.

     

    The box 7 will have a code entered either directly in the box or the OPM may enter the code next to the box.  For a Normal Distribution it would be a code 7.
