Paypal sent me 1099-K but that money was withdrawal from Coinbase. Should I report this 1099-K form?

I didn't sell anything in 2020.

You should report the form 1099-K. If you didn't receive the money, however, you can enter an expense for the same amount to cancel out the income.

You would report it in the Self-employed income and expenses section, which is in the Income and Expenses area of TurboTax.
