Pension Plan

I am being asked about my Pension Plan  the amount at the beginning of my retirement.  I retired from State of Ct in 2002, and don't believe there was an amount.  I receive a monthly amount, and have since retiring.

    I agree that you do not have a value at the beginning of retirement. 

    • Are you entering a 1099-R?
    • Did you check the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box?
    • What code did you put in Box 7
