Where do I report expenses for products/materials I use at multiple rentals? For example, lawncare products, paint, etc.

You will need to add the expenses to each rental property. Divide the lawncare products, etc. by the number of different rental properties to find the number to enter. If more is used at one property, the number can be adjusted. If the multiple rentals are not a multi-unit dwelling, the expenses will be added individually for each property.
