Program keeps asking for info on an IRA I cannot recognize

Turbo Tax has made an error re an IRA I do not have

If you are referring to a Form 1099-R that got transferred from 2021 then you can delete the Form 1099-R entry if you don't have it for 2022:

 

 

  1. Click "Wages & Income" (under Federal) on the left
  2. Scroll down and click "Show more" next to "Retirement Plans and Social Security"
  3. Scroll down and click "Edit" next to "IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan (1099-R)" 
  4. Click "delete" next to the Form 1099-R you want to delete.
