I have to fill out the form D-4A Certificate of Nonresidence in DC, because DC is taking some of my money for its taxes. I have never live in DC, I live in VA, but currently I am working in DC. My question is What do I have to put in the question that say, "Temporary DC address" in that form if I have never live in DC.

If you do not have one leave it blank.

    • Did you figure out what to put? I’m having the same double I’m trying to work in DC but I live in Maryland. What should my temporary address be?

It depends. Since you do not have a temporary DC address, leave that question blank. If the program gives you an error message, use your work address as a temporary address so you can move on and complete your return.
