Question regarding DL'ing previous years' filings and ROTH IRA contributions back to 2009 but can only find links to download to 2013. Where can I find older filings?

I've filed with turbotax every year since 1999 (with the exception of one year). I cannot locate any of my filings older than 2013. I wasn't sure if it is something that one has to specifically ask for, or if they're not kept beyond 7 years.
