question: regarding next year; will I be able to include the 2024 Turbo Tax fee in my deductions?

    It depends.  If you have business, then yes the fees are an expense.  

     

    But, for a typical W-2 employee, no.  Previously, you could deduct tax preparation fees as a miscellaneous deduction.  Miscellaneous deductions have been suspended, through 2025.
