Question regarding reporting on RMD filing

I am 74 and asking how to file on this question.  States I need to report on age 74, however I DO NOT HAVE AN IRA OR 401.  How do I answer the question ?  Do I leave blank or put $0 ?

    Did you receive a Form 1099-R for a distribution of any kind?  If so, what was the distribution for?

    ON FIRST SMALL PENSION BOX 1 STATE $5320.08

    2nd small pension states$2064.00

    and i get a monthly insurance annuity from when my dad passed away

    For a pension enter the RMD for the same amount as box 1.   Anything your pension pays you is considered to be the RMD.
