Reporting an RMD from an IRA

I reported my RMD from my IRA in the appropriate box. Turbo Tax is telling me that I am short in my RMD by the exact amount I entered. Same thing on my husband's. Turbo Tax is saying we have a penalty which is incorrect and do I want help fillling out the form??? What am I doing wrong or is it a glitch in the system and how do I fix it?

If you see this "RMD amount should not be less than the distribution amount that is for the RMD. Check this entry", when the RMD and the amount applied to RMD are the same.
