I am 63yrs old retried.  I am babysitting grandchildren for my daughter, and she paid me $6000 without any 1099 form. The total income for the year 2019 is less than $25000, which included my social security and the $6000. Do I need to file tax for 2019?

Yes. Because it is compensation for a service provided, it is considered self-employment income and needs to be reported on Schedule C. You are subject to social security and medicare tax on this income.
