I want to pay quarterly estimated taxes on my RMD to IRS so I dont have to owe a large amount each year. I am elderly and to change the withholding percent through the company requires completing a 16 page form which is too complicated for me.  How do I, and can I, make quarterly payments to IRS.

"Direct Pay lets you pay the IRS directly."

    Direct Pay is not withholding.
