RMD - First year RMD received in two tax years
I have received multiple RMD payments. How to input into Turbo tax when the first year RMD's are paid in both 2022 and in Feb 2023.
enter on your 2022 return the amount you took out in 2022
and on your 2023 return the amount you took out in 2023.
You have to tell 2022 TurboTax that you took all your RMD.
