I am confused regarding the question of Contributions Prior to 2024. I stopped contributing in 2014. I made a withdrawal a year or to after that. In 2024 I withdrew $2500. Am I supposed to go back to my records at retirement and before to figure out what my contributions were?

No, your ROTH is over 5 years old and if you are over 59 1/2 or have an exception, then it is not taxable

Is the distribution from my Roth account taxable?
