Roth IRA Contribution problem

I withdrew 10K from my IRA and deposited 10K in my Roth. I have no earned income and besides the excess contribution what do I do about the money I put into the Roth. I'm OK with paying the taxes on the 10K IRA withdrawal but how do I prove to the IRS that I fixed my blunder?

I'm not sure that there is a blunder here. As long as you moved the money within 60 days from the traditional IRA to the Roth IRA you will not be penalized on the transfer. You don't need to have earned income to do a transfer from a traditional IRA to a ROTH IRA.
