Sale of Rental Property and Independent Consultant for 2.5 Months

Hi,

In 2024, I sold a rental property under a single member LLC (I'm the only member). I also worked as an independent consultant for 2.5 months which I will receive a 1099 and I have minimal business expenses. I also have W2s etc. Can I use TurboTax Premier? Or shall I use TurboTax Home and Business?

@Bachatera , while I am not familiar with the premier, I have used windows download Home & Business for nearly 20 odd years. I love it because it covers even the most complex cases and because everything stays on my computer ( if I have to amend or whatever ). But of course it is a bit on the pricey side.
