Search Function on Desktop does not appear to work. When I click on "Search" I get a box that says at the top "TurboTax Help" and within the box spinning red balls and the statement "Connecting you to Digital Assistant". Nothing ever connects. It doesn't matter if I logout, then log back in. It also, doesn't help if I do a complete shutdown.
