2024 Turbtoax Deluxe offers "Section will be available January 11", related to 1099-R pension information. It is not and will not complete my return without it. Not clear how to follow-up. Today is March 29, much past the January 11 date stated. Any update will be appreciated as more than I currently have. & yes I filled the to be notified email piece.

There have been several major updates to the 1099R section. It should be working right now. What problem are you having?

For pension, Say all of it is the RMD. If you need to take the RMD it will ask you if it is the RMD. Say yes. Anything your pension pays you is considered to be the RMD. Traditional pensions automatically fulfill the rules of an RMD. So for the RMD question put in the same amount as box 1.

And if you are using the Desktop software...run the software updates...and make sure you are updated to version:

024.000.0345 (If windows computer)
