Should I refile or do anything differently if I've already filed my taxes for 2018, but I just contributed to my IRA for 2018?

If the contribution you just made was to a Roth IRA, do nothing.

If the contribution was to a Traditional IRA, and you already reported that you would be contributing that amount before the deadline, do nothing.

If the contribution was to a Traditional IRA, and you had not already reported that you would be contributing that amount, you will want to amend your 2018 tax return.
