TUTAX is asking me for an RMD from my pension

If you receive periodic (monthly) payments from a Pension Plan, these are considered Required Minimum Distributions (RMD's).  It is the responsibility of the Pension Plan's custodian to meet the RMD requirements.

In the TurboTax interview, you should answer "yes" to the RMD question.  This question is only asked to determine if you might be subject to the penalty for not taking the RMD.
