Smart check keeps asking for social security address but I don't have it and yes I have already filled info on federal wages and income social security ssa-1099

    Can you give us a screenshot (with personally identifiable information redacted), because this sounds for all the world like you were entering the SSA data on a 1099-R.

     

    Is it possible that you entered the SSA data on a 1099-R, then changed to enter it in the correct place for the SSA-1099, but forgot to delete the first 1099-R?
