Question

Something has changed. But, I don't know where. Can I go back to information on my return to 1/27/2020?

Turbo Tax online is saved automatically and you can't go back to an earlier version. You may be able to Clear & Start over, but that will remove everything you have entered this year.

 

If you are working with software you installed on your computer, you can restore an earlier version if you saved it as a backup file on that date.
