South Carolina - Retirement Income deduction - error in Turbo tax to report

Please tell us the following:

1. Which product are you using? Online or CD/download? And what level (Basic? Deluxe? Premier? Home & Business/Self-employed?

2. Please describe the sequence of screens and your answers:

for example, on the screen with the heading "Surviving Spouse Retirement Income", I assume you answered Yes.

3. On the subsequent screens, please give the heading and your answer.

The reason I ask for this is because we in the Community cannot see your tax return nor the screen you are on, and my test works fine. But as you know, there are a lot of variables here, so your responses would help a lot.
