Hello, on my 1099-R
Box 1 has an amount
Box 2a is blank
Box 2b has taxable amount not determined
Box 14 has 0.00 (not blank)
Box 15 has NC/ (no state number)
Box 16 is blank
Question for Turbotax entry - is the NC distribution amount the same as Box 1 or leave it blank?
