IF I ONLY GET SOCIALSECURITY CHECKS DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER INCOME . DO I HAVE TO STILL FILE TAXES?

    No.  If your only income is Social Security you are not required to file a tax return unless you had tax withheld and want a refund, or unless you have a 1095A for having marketplace health insurance.

    If the Social Security benefits received in 2022 is the only income received and you did Not have federal income taxes withheld from the benefits then there is no reason to file a 2022 tax return.
