Tennessee is the only state not listed in the drop down menu for section 15 of my W-2 therefore I cannot complete my W-2 input.

Several states do not have a state income tax. So these states will not show up in certain drop down lists. Leave boxes 15, 16, and 17 blank when you enter a W-2 for these states.

Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wyoming

Tennessee does not have a personal income tax so leave boxes 15 thru 17 blank (empty) on the W-2.

If that does fix the problem then delete the W-2 and re-enter manually to remove the error.

Tennessee is not listed because there is not a state tax in TN. You will just leave that line blank and continue through. You do not have to have a state tax in order to complete your return.
