"the ira/simple/sep box is checked" is not checked on my 1099-r form, why can't I continue?

When you are entering your Form 1099-R for this distribution, is this what you are seeing?

You should leave this box (red arrow) unchecked as you are saying your box is not checked.

Then hit continue. You should see this:

You should be able to hit continue after this and move on. Answer all follow-up questions and prompts about your distribution after entering this Form 1099-R.
