Which links are you referring to and in TT Online or TT Desktop?

I'm using TT mobile. When selecting any link for a line item I don't understand I get an error 

Oops. That didn't work. 

Something happened while getting that for you.  Let's try again. 

I also paid for deluxe don't know why this is happening

Please try the following steps to troubleshoot your TurboTax app:

 

  1. Completely shut down your phone or tablet.

  2. Restart your phone or tablet.

  3. Update Google Play/iOS if asked.

  4. Relaunch the TurboTax mobile app and try it again.
