Question

The only options given for IRA are Traditional, Roth and None of the Above. I have a Simple IRA set up with my employer, should I check off none?

Yes, if you are in the section where you would enter Traditional or Roth IRA contributions, you would select none of the above.

If you made contributions to a Simple IRA through your employer, that is reported as part of your W-2 and you do not enter it anywhere else in your tax return.
